One day shy of 8 months after The Phoenix's inception, Illidan Stormrage bit the dust! We took it almost right to enrage.. 20 out of 25 minutes. Jeez.
Kill shot!
It has been a wild, wild ride. Here at the end with only 25 spots available, obviously everyone couldn't be with us for the kill. My partner wasn't even in the raid!
But everyone who has ever raided under The Phoenix tag helped to make this possible. I'm SO proud of each and every one of us. We came such a long way!
No glaive, or even any loots for myself, but we did get a Crystal Spire of Karabor! OUR COLLECTION IS COMPLETE! WOO!
The Phoenix now shares the #5 spot on Kul Tiras, #3 between Alliance guilds.
I'm more relieved then anything. Phew.
ETA: Ok, just kidding, apparently 7 months to the day. Apparently I can't count at all and I don't know the date (I'm the one who did the kill shot). Oops.
Son of the ETA: TP was formed Feb 6 2008. So 8 months. I promise. I think anyways.

Congratulations! I'm envious, for all that I love the people in my guild, we're not large enough for 25 mans. I feel like I'm missing part of the story though, in not being able to do those. At least that won't be a problem in Lich King. :) So enjoy, and go back and put him down again! :)
Got Archie a week ago for the first time, Tuesday was the second time we got Illidan down. I confuzzle myself :P
